The Fringe Press was founded in 1567, by Baron Wilhelm Von Fringepress,  a mad austrian nobleman who climbed into the windows of those living in his parishes and shouted current events at them from close proximity whilst they tried to eat their breakfasts in peace. 

It continued in this format until 2020,  when someone suggested that it might reach more people online.
